Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. (www.epsilonsystems.com) is currently seeking a full-time Submarine Logistics Management Analyst III to join our team.  This position will be in one of these locations: San Diego, CA/ Washington DC, Pearl Harbor, HI/Bremerton, WA/Norfolk, VA.

• Supports our customer in providing ship products support for Technical Manuals, Selected Record Drawings (SRDs) and Technical Data Updates, Manual Change Requests (MCRs), Technical Manual Deficiency Report (TMDRs), Ships Drawing Index (SDI) as well as Digital publishing, Configuration management, ship change configuration processing (CK Form) and Coordinated Onboard Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL)/Allowance Parts List (APL) updates.
• Provides equipment maintenance and logistics problem resolution, maintains technical documentation, reviews and approves equipment design improvements for resolution, review and approve equipment design improvements for reduced life cycle costs, and provides engineering support to complete long-term maintenance and modernization initiatives.
• Monitors, tracks, investigates, and provides status of supply support efforts, provisioning processes, and the procurement, receipt, and stowage aboard ship of repair parts, equipage, and test and support equipment using data provided as GFI.

• Coordinates with Technical Design Activities (TDAs), hardware vendors, and Program Office logisticians/engineers to recommend supportability requirements for developmental programs and rapid deployment capabilities, and provide input to support plans for COTS equipment using data provided as GFI.
• Recommends and supports validation of requirements to acquire, catalog, receive, store, transfer, issue, and dispose of spare parts, repair parts, and consumable items using data provided as GFI.
• Drafts In-Service Management Agreements (ISMAs), In-Service Management Plans (ISMP), Performance Based Agreements (PBA) and Performance Based Logistics (PBL) as well as provide Logistics requirements funding and summary support using data provided as GFI.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical field
• Minimum ten years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Ability to travel on short notice
• Effective written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
• Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active duty experience in the submarine service
• Recent experience on Team Submarine

• Ability to move in narrow and restricted passageways, up/down steep and narrow ladders or stairways
• Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 50 lbs in weight
• Office, warehouse, laboratory, pier side, shipboard, or on a submarine
• Ability to wear a face mask while working
• Noise conditions range from very quiet to loud
