Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. (www.epsilonsystems.com), providing full lifecycle support to the Defense Industry, is currently seeking a full-time Analyst, Management III to join our team in Washington D.C.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing pre-audit support, including, but not limited to:
  • Updating and revising audit guides
  • Preparing the summary of findings, compiling the Significant Items of Concern (SIC) file and the Significant Areas For Review (SAFR) list
  • Preparing draft pre-audit correspondence (announcement letter, solicitation e-mail, team letter)
  • Assembling the audit team
  • Preparing (for SEA 07Q approval) and distributing audit packages
  • Supporting conduct of a pre-brief meeting and generating an in-brief presentation for the team leader.
• Responsible for providing on-site audit support, including, but not limited to:
  • Traveling with the audit team to the activity
  • Preparing and processing of audit cards
  • Providing administrative assistance for the audit team
  • Writing and distributing a draft audit report, and retaining significant information not used in the report.
• The Contractor shall provide post-audit support, including, but not limited to:
  • Attending a de-brief meeting
  • Preparing and, upon Government approval, distributing a final audit report
  • Forwarding external items, updating the audit database
  • Distributing a lessons learned e-mail

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's level degree in a business or technical field.
• At least ten (10+) years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field.  Preferably within Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

• Effective written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
• Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least five (5+) years’ experience working with SUBSAFE or Fly-by-wire Requirements and general Quality Assurance practices and policies.
• Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer.

• Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
• Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
• Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
• Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.
• Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
