Epsilon Systems C5I (https://www.epsilonsystems.com/c5i) is focused on software development and systems engineering for complex command, control, intelligence and combat systems. We are seeking a Targeting Analyst/Application tester with 6+ years of experience for work in St. Louis, MO supporting an Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Target (ISR&T) project. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use NTM and Commercial overhead imagery to create GEOINT targeting materials
• Test and document numerous disparate software enhancements/bugs in a compressed timeframe on multiple platforms/security environments
• Create repeatable test scenarios and test data to include the possibility of creating automated testing
• Teach emerging GEOINT-related technology in both a virtual and classroom setting
• Create and improve existing application guidance in a variety of formats (written, video, interactive, etc.)
• Grow to be a system/product expert in a compressed timeframe
• Perform customer outreach to engage new customers and continue to foster relationships with existing customers
• Potential travel worldwide on short notice
• Assist with new business development opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
• 6+ years of experience in a related role
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
• Possess experience and/or understanding of deliberate targeting and target material production processes
• Familiarity with photogrammetric analysis principals, targeting GEOINT standards, and targeting policies
• Preferred experience with the CGSWeb/iSpy application
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with web browser development tools, XML, structure, and database Structured Query Language (SQL) specifically Postgresql
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of business users and management
• Ability to work individually and on team projects in an environment of teamwork and cooperation
• Effective written, oral, and presentation skills
• Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens
